Founder, CEO & Chairman: Honghong Chen
• Honghong Chen founded High Fortune (Fuzhou) Import & Export Co., Ltd. in 2005 and then restructured the Company to form High Fortune (China) Group Ltd. with two 100% owned subsidiaries, High Fortune (Fujian) Trading Co., Ltd. and High Fortune (Fujian) Bio-Tech Co., Ltd., transforming the Company from a simply trading company to a group company with both trading of feed proteins and fish oil refining & manufacturing company with its own brands, own warehouse and distribution channels, own refining facilities, serving global feed industry and food additive industry.
• Before founding High Fortune Group, she was general manager of Bunny Development Ltd. under Nibo Tech-Bank Co., Ltd, a publicly list company in China. Prior to that, she was manager of import & export department and executive assistant in Huayang Fishery Group Ltd. from 1996 to 2004.
• Honghong Chen has more than fifteen-year solid experience in global sourcing, risk management and operation in the feed ingredients commodity industry. Over the years, she has been leading the group to establish strategic alliances with business partners and management •procedures & style to achieve the sustainable growth.
• Mrs. Chen received Bachelor of arts from Fujian Normal University in 1988. And she received MBA from law school of La Trobe University, Australia in 2002.
• From 1989 to 1993, Ying Lin was working in High Fortune Development (Fujian) Aquatic Co,. Ltd.
• From 1993 to 2005, she was working in the Imp & Exp Dept of Fujian Haying Fishery Group.
• From 2005 to 2012, she joined High Fortune (China) Group Ltd. and acted as the assistant of C.E.O and the Deputy General Manager of its subsidiary, High Fortune (Fujian) Trading Co., Ltd. then she was promoted to be the VP of operation & logistics of High Fortune Group from Feb 2013 to 2014.
• From Jan 2015 till now, she is acted as President of Operation of High Fortune Group.
• Ying Lin has been engaging in warehousing and logistics management for over 12 years, mainly in charge of products import & export routing, warehouse storage management and accounts receivable under High Fortune Group and its subsidiaries. Besides, as the vice general manager of High Fortune (Fujian) Trading Co., Ltd, she is also responsible for the scheduling and planning of regional sales orders, the execution and controlling of sales procedures, and coordinating with other departments to optimize the working process based on the company’s business development. As a senior management member, she is patient on cultivating the new and young staff and know how to attract the team to enforce the detailed managing procedures.
• Mrs. Lin graduated from Radio and Television University of Fujian Province in 2004 with education management major. She is citizen of China. Currently studying in Agriculture MBA Class of Qinghua University.
• Cheng Wang joined High Fortune Group from 2011, he is the VP of Operation-Marketing Director of High Fortune Group, responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s sales & marketing strategies and overseeing the sales forces in China . Before that, Cheng Wang was the sales manager of Dalian Kangyuan International Trading Company from 2006 to 2010, in charge of fishmeal sales as well as its quality control. Prior to that, he was working for ADM Corporation of U.S, Dalian Branch from 2004 to 2006, as the technical manager responsible for the products introduction, relationship maintenance with direct customers and market development assistance with sales manager.
• Cheng Wang has rich experiences in feed protein industry and fish oil businesses proven track of records in sales and marketing developments with livestock and aquatic feed producers in China. He is familiar with the process of warehousing and logistics, he has a good sense about the market and performing well in negotiating & communicating with clients by leading his young marketing& sales team achieving an efficient assistance to the company’s strategic developing.
• Mr. Wang received bachelor degree of Animal Medical Science from Shenyang Agricultural University in 2004. He is a citizen of China.Current studying in Agriculture MBA Class of Qinghua University
• Xiaodan Ma joined High Fortune (China) Group Ltd. in 2005 and worked as the manager of Beijing office, and the assistant of general manager of High Fortune (Fujian) Bio-Tech Co. Ltd till 2011. Then she was promoted to be the director of Public Relation of High Fortune Group. From 2015 till now, she is acted as VP of Admin & Strategy of High Fortune Group. From 1997 to 2005, she was working in the Imp & Exp Dept of Fujian Huayang Fishery Group.
• Xiaodan Ma has been engaging in the customs clearance of feed and commodities import & export business for many years. She is familiar with the national laws and regulations about feed safety and products admittance permits stipulated by the nation and overseas. She also keeps good public relationship with related government authorities in the country by achieving good communicating skill and ability with governments, providing updated legal information and policies of the industry, which are essential for the business development of the Company.
• She graduated from Fujian Normal University with bachelor degree in Chinese Language and Literature major in 2004,current study in Agriculture MBA Class of Qinghua University
• Zaide Li joined High Fortune Group in September 2012. He has been acting as VP of Finance and accounting manager of High Fortune (Fujian) Bio-Tech Co., Ltd till now. Before joining High Fortune, he was working as the finance manager for Ziguang Measurement and Control Co., Ltd in Hunan province from Mar. 2003 to Aug. 2012. Prior to that, he worked as finance manager in Lihe Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2003.
• He has solid experience in financial management and internal control of high-tech manufacturing companies and is familiar with China’s GAAP and related tax laws.
• Mr. Li received the Bachelor degree of economics from Hunan Univesity in 1990. He passed the CPA exam of China in 2004, and received the qualification certificate of senior charted accountant in 2006. He is citizen of China.
• From May 2013 till now, Yongcai Lin is the Deputy General Manager of High Fortune (Fujian) Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. He has solid management experiences in fish oil refining and aquatic products manufacturing businesses.
• Before joining High Fortune, he was Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Shenzhou Marine Bio-tech Co., Ltd from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, Yongcai Lin was working as the Deputy plant manager of frozen aquatic products plant in Wenling County from 1985 to1996. After that, he was the Legal Representative of Shichen Community and refrigeration plant, Wenling County from 1997 to 2003. From 2004 to 2006, he was the Deputy General Manager of Xinhong Aquatic products Co., Ltd after the plant being reformed and privatized .
• Mr. Yongcai Lin attended enterprise management training in Zhejiang Sales and Marketing College during his work in 1997. He is citizen of China.
• Mr. Huang joined into High Fortune in 2013 as the manager of Inspection & QC dept at the beginning. Then he became director of R&D and production of High Fortune (Fujian) Bio-Tech Co., L td. Before joining High Fortune, Mr. Huang was working for Zhejiang Shenzhou Marine Bio-tech Co,. Ltd as production manager from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, he worked as a technician in the winery of the East China Sea of Zhejiang Province from 1995 to 2005.
• During his working in Zhejiang Shenzhou Marine Bio-tech Co,. Ltd, Mr. Huang completed several technical improvement projects individually or cooperated with other colleagues, such as 10 tons triglyceride fish oil (“TG fish oil”) daily production line, Level-8 molecular distillation production line, 5 tons urea embedding daily production line etc. He also cooperated with Professor Xubo Fang of Zhejiang Oceanography Institute, completed the Ethyl polyenoate research & development and industrialization project, which was awarded second prize in scientific and technological progress by Zhoushan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau in 2010. In addition, he has many research papers published in the domestic journals such as Chinese Journal of Grain and Oil.
• Mr. Huang received achelor degree of food industry from Zhejiang University of Industry in 1995. He is citizen of China.
